During the Capacity Building & Training Program on “Energy for Regional Integration in South Asia: Building Capacity for Greater Connectivity” organized in association with the Asian Development Bank Institute (ADBI) in Thimphu, Bhutan, IPAG launched the publication titled, ‘Connectivity and Trading in Power & Energy: A Regional and International Dimension’.

The book is a compilation of articles on the power and energy sector and sheds light upon the trends of cross border energy and power trade, state of deep-sea hydrocarbon, review of energy policies, best practices of regional energy cooperation and renewable energy options.

The book has scholarly papers contributed by top experts from leading global institutes like Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, South Asia Forum for Energy Efficiency, The Energy and Resource Institute (TERI), Climate – Connect, ICF International, South Asia Regional Initiative for Energy Integration (SARI/EI), Tetra Tech, Global Environment Facility (GEF), International Energy Agency (IEA) and the National University of Singapore (NUS).
