The Asian Strategy & Leadership Institute (ASLI), The Hong Kong China General Chamber of Commerce (HKCGCC) and The Center for China and Globalization (CCG) jointly organized the 9th World Chinese Economic Summit (WCES) on November 2017 in Hong Kong. Mr. Syed Munir Khasru, Chairman, IPAG was invited to be a speaker to share his insights and remarks on “Law and investment on One Belt One Road and China’s Outward Investment Strategy: Implications and Issues for Belt and Road Countries”. The goal of the session was to show how the “Belt and Road Initiative” will become a major pathway for economic development in the Belt and Road region in the next decade, the challenges and the opportunities of the project and how China can build up a brand new relationship with most countries and regions along the routes including political trust, economic integration, and cultural blending.
