Prof. Khasru was invited at the G-STIC Conference, Dubai, in Jan 2022 as a keynote speaker for the high plenary session where His Excellency Dr. Thani Ahmed Alzeyoudi, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade had also participated. Prof. Khasru spoke on the plight of the global population amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the impact of the pandemic, and how the pandemic has brought the global community together on grounds of humanity, compassion, and loss of loved ones.
