Mr. Syed Munir Khasru attended the 4th Asia Research Forum at Beijing on November 10, 2014 held in the sidelines of Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit. In the conference, eminent scholars from academia and think tanks from China, Japan, Singapore, and Vietnam took part and discussed the regional integration initiatives in the Asia-Pacific. Mr. Khasru delivered a speech on the Trans-Pacific Partnership and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership, the competition and complementarity between the two, and the way forward.
